As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.
This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

  • Learn how to work within a corporate environment
  • Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization


*This position is for a January 24th, 2022 start.
About The Team
Global Network Portfolio Management orders and audits the connectivity that supports the global network. We work directly with Client Engineering, Enterprise Engineering, and client representatives regarding connectivity-related projects. The team is responsible for the auditing of our active connectivity against our telecom expense and rebill. We document the network for ease of support and future enhancements. We also review processes for possible improvements in support and visibility. This team has a unique view into the framework of a network, as we represent the beginning, and we interact with many other teams at a project level.
What You Will Be Doing

  • You will attend client-facing meetings and participate in client implementations
  • Hone your spreadsheet skills by building functional audit plans in excel
  • Breakeven analysis that you create will be reviewed by upper management as part of project feasibility studies
  • You will work with experienced engineers in vetting connectivity and working with telecom vendors
  • Documentation will become a key event in your day
  • You will also participate in enterprise initiatives as it relates to global connectivity


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree from job discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
