Collaborative:  You will straddle the line between analytics and the business to help bridge the gap and improve efficiency using business intelligence and database tools such as Tableau and SQL.

Partner-focused:  You will help guide the business in improving processes, products, services and software through data analysis that drive our Customer Success interactions.

Logical and Data-driven:  You find the problem, analyze the data, and implement a solution without being told how to do it.  You are able to use both your analyst skills and creativity to find ways to build and improve processes within the business.

Passionate:  Passion for learning, for new experiences, and for being the best at what you do.

What you’ll be doing:

Shape how we understand our business, bringing all the data together and making sense of it. Here’s how we do that:

  • Provide business analysis to our Customer Success organization
  • Collaborate with project sponsors to determine business questions and project scope
  • Working with operating teams (in this case Customer Success) to translate those key success metrics into metrics that mean something to those teams

Finding opportunities to improve the business and executing them: This is the fun part. We know where we are and where we need to be, so how do we get there?

  • Interpret data and findings and translates them into feasible options, communicate these back to the business stakeholders
  • Work with stakeholders and team to prioritize requirements
  • May include leading other analytics resources


Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in business administration, finance, economics or data analytics
  • 1-3 years of related work experience (examples: customer success analytics, data analysis, process management, and project management)
  • High analytical ability
  • Curious, proactive and driven for impact
  • Advanced excel skills or experienced in the regular use of business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Demo

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 base salary; Annual Bonus Potential + Equity

Location

We are actively hiring in San Diego, CA and Denver, CO. Majority of our employees work remotely but we have an office in the RINO district if employees choose to come in.
