As a member of our Product Management team, you have the opportunity to support the development and training for our Hub Product systems by working closely with product managers and key business stakeholders. You will also serve as the bridge between the technical members and non-technical members of the development team by creating engaging and effective content. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and key business stakeholders to identify and understand change requests for the system
• Provide an understanding of operational processes through interviews with stakeholders and testing actual software systems to development team members
• Perform requirements gathering and analysis 
• Document and communicate change requests that need to be made to systems to the appropriate development teams
• Write effective usage and training material to support the ongoing engagement with the system

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a Business Analyst and/or Technical Writer role
• Proficient in using project management tools and creating wikis (We use Jira/Confluence)
• Experience in diagramming software a bonus (e.g. LucidChart)
• Familiarity with billing and credit card processing systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
