About the role:
As a Business Analyst,you'll be joining the team to help guide the FIS $1 billion annual R&D investment, focused on product innovation and growth initiatives.Workingas a member of the product team you'll be building relationships across banking and payments experts as well as the sales team to better understand where the market is headed, and how to best position FIS for success.
This position is specific to the following states: Denver, CO - Atlanta, GA - Cincinnati, OH - and Milwaukee, WI.
About the team:
Work directly with the Head of Banking Product Strategy for FIS's >$6BN revenue Banking Solutions Business. The broader team owns capital planning processes, Fintech partnerships and M&A strategy for the product organization.
What you will be doing?
In this role you will be responsible for guiding the product strategy for FIS Banking Solutions
- Assess FIS product capabilities from a financial, technological & competitive standpoint
- Translate opportunities / gaps into specific product level initiatives
- Engage closely with stakeholders to define and guide future product roadmaps that addresses client and consumer needs while meeting deadlines and understanding capital implications
- Support senior executive reporting, including presentations for regular business reviews
- Keep up to date with industry trends, news, innovation and emerging technology across banking, payments and wealth & retirement

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
