About the role:
As a member of our HORIZON Implementation Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients as they navigate through their conversion to the HORIZON Banking System. Your Deposits Banking knowledge (front-end and back-end processing), along with an inquisitive mind and a desire to work closely with our clients will serve you well in this position.
About the team:
Candidate will be a member of our HORIZON Deposits implementations team consisting of veteran analysts with many years of conversion and banking experience. We are looking for candidates with a solid Banking background, particularly in the Deposits applications (Demand Deposits, Savings, Time Deposits, Retirement accounts, Safe Deposit Box, Account Analysis) who works well as part of a team and has strong customer service and communication skills.
What you will be doing?
In this role you will be responsible for assisting our clients as they move to the HORIZON Banking Core, specifically the Deposit applications. You would be engaged with the bank from the onset of the Testing phase of a project straight through until two weeks post-live. Responsibilities include:
•Reviewing the Bank Control setup with the client
•Showing the client how to properly validate data, including how to report issues via the established ticketing process.
•Assisting the bank with functional testing (showing them how to navigate and process transactions, complete maintenance, review reports, etc).
•Supporting the customer during their first few weeks post-live with questions and concerns related to their daily processing
