Business Analyst I
Responsibilities
•Maintain data cleaniness, accuracy and integrity from various data sources to translate analytic data into business recommendations.
•Analyze large pools of complex data to discover trends, patterns, correlations that will assist managers in making better business decisions.
•Support Sales, Renewals and Finance organizations to provide analytical reporting and data inputs.
•Present findings and recommendations to enable proactive business decisions and/or react quickly to changes in the business environment.
•Identify process improvements to streamline data collection and report creation.
Qualifications
•Organized and detail oriented with the ability to see how details fit the larger picture.
•Basic understanding of and experience with relational databases.
•Good written and oral communication skills.
•Good problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities.
•Strong time-management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.
•Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Access.
•Experience with ERP and CRM systems, preferred Oracle and Salesforce.
