As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.
This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will:

• Learn how to work within a corporate environment
• Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
• Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
• Build a network of your peers from across the organization

This position is for a June 27th 2022 start.
About The Team
A team of dedicated analysts with a passion for data, technology, insights, and partnering with business leaders to help drive performance.
What You Will Be Doing
You will create and own sales reporting and analysis pertaining to sales performance, sales productivity, sales pipeline, and sales financial and operational metrics. You will work directly with senior sales leaders, strategic business partners, finance, product, and marketing to deliver insightful analysis with a focus on reporting automation and efficiency. You will lead ad-hoc projects as needed.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand nuances across metrics and build a commercial story around data
• Quick ability to learn new and potentially technical topics, and then communicate this technical detail in a clear and simple way to sales leaders
• Proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to look ahead and foresee issues and plan around them
• Comfort with change and working in a fast-paced environment
• Aptitude to manage large, complex data sets
