Our Business Analysts lead and drive development projects. They focus on soliciting requirements, defining, documenting, and performing system configuration. They will be accountable for assisting in developing, testing, and supporting our Agile development processes. They will also collaborate with Software Engineers and Quality Analysts to identify defects.

The Gig: 

  • Ability to solicit requirements from end users and stakeholders as well as plan, lead and manage a development project from start to finish. 
  • Experience performing requirements gathering, data analysis and system design and configuration.
  • Ability to identify and document business rules, data types, mapping, and conversion requirements. 
  • Some experience with a scripting and/or client-side programming language. 
  • Conceptual knowledge or experience working with ETL tools and processes is highly desired. 
  • Act as a liaison between clients, implementation teams and external stakeholders to accomplish project goals and timeline objectives. 
  • Ability to coordinate and occasionally lead or conduct all levels of system and user acceptance testing. 
  • Ability to maintain system documentation for internal and external use. 
  • Experience leading requirement gathering discussions and documenting scope for each implementation. 
  • Experience working with multiple projects and collaborating with diverse resources to meet timeline objectives. 
  • Ability to identify and escalate deficiencies in technical work and implementation plans, and to identify schedule conflicts. 
  • Participate in ongoing business process standardization.
  • Experience working with HRIS highly preferred, combing HR, Benefits Administration and Technology. 

What you need to make the cut: 

  • Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in MIS, Computer Science or a related field). 
  • 5+ years of Analyst experience in software implementation projects. 
  • 5+ years of experience working in multiple phases of an SDLC methodology. 
  • 5+ of experience gathering/analyzing data for writing system and business requirements, performing system configurations, and creating ETL processes for data transactions. 
  • Agile experience strongly preferred.
