Analyst- Sales Operations

How you’ll make an impact
This role reports to the Manager, Sales Operations and is the primary support to the manager of sales operations for our key distribution channel in the Americas. Role is based in Denver
The ideal candidate comes from a sales operations role in a high growth business with a global footprint. An understanding of SaaS/cloud solutions/online accounting market will be viewed favorably.
A strong awareness for the role that sales operations plays in supporting sales teams is a given, as is the ability to support initiatives that grow customer segments and maximize partner channel outcomes.
This role supports our key distribution channel that will see you become an expert in our company, our products, the market, our customers and the entire Salesforce.com product suite.
Strong relationship building and influencing skills are complemented with the ability to think laterally and shape solutions in an evolving business environment.
Success looks like
- Support the partner sales teams in achieving board-issued performance targets
- Improved optics for sales management to better coach their teams
- Faster turnaround times on user support issues and ad-hoc projects
What you’ll do
- Support the team in designing and executing business strategies, plans and procedures that ensure profitable, efficient and compliant sales operations for the partner channel.
- Support the sales operations function for the partner channel. The sales operations team supports our sales staff in prioritizing sales opportunities, enabling better and more targeted territory management.
- Support the team in providing reports, dashboards and other ad-hoc analyses to decision-makers within the business unit.
- Support the team with ad-hoc user support and training in CRM best practices.
- Develop and support the deployment of strategies for scaling the operations facing growth over the next three years.
- Help drive efficiencies across each of the partner sales teams including, Partner Development, Account Management, Partner Consulting and National Account Management.
- Continue to build on our already great values-based culture that encourages innovation to drive successful outcomes for our customers.

What you’ll bring with you
Basic qualifications
- Must have supported a territory-based operating model for a global sales organization
- Minimum two years of experience in Sales Operations, Salesforce.com administration, or financial analysis, with relevant experience as a commercial business partner
- Experience supporting the delivery of sales operations platforms and analytical tools to sales teams
- Thirst and aptitude for learning new software systems and platforms
- Minimum two years experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Preferred qualifications
- Development experience with Salesforce.com
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration and consultative skills. Inquisitive and positive mindset in approaching complex problems
- Has previously worked as a sales operations analyst within a software (SaaS) company
