Are you an interdepartmental all-star who is passionate about supporting teams? Our Servicing, Collections, and Recovery team is seeking a fast learning & hard working Department Assistant. You will be joining a rapidly growing team and you will have unmatched opportunity to build your career.

 

Birds-eye view of the role:

  • Track and upload departmental documentation into internal CRM systems.
  • Work with cross departmental stake holders on payment tracking and reconciliation.
  • Maintain and update internal department policy and procedures.
  • Place accounts with external vendors for collections and legal processing.
  • Work with all departmental stakeholders on new employee onboarding.
  • Run departmental scheduling for trainings, and other registrations as needed.
  • Work with company stakeholders on complaint tracking and remediation.
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned.

  • Work experience in a financial industry
