Evolve Vacation Rental Network is a high growth, Denver-based startup that is changing the landscape of the vacation rental industry and we’re looking for a smart, passionate and entrepreneurial individual to join our team.

Our team is on a mission to make vacation rental easy for everyone. We provide homeowners with the easiest and most effective way to generate rental income, while offering travelers the world's best booking experience.

We're conveniently located in Downtown Denver offering easy access to the Cherry Creek Bike Path, RTD Light Rail, as well as all the great restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops the city has to offer!

The Position

We are looking to add awesome team members to our Onboarding Team. This team works with our homeowner clients to gather all the information we need in order to effectively list their homes. Customer Onboarding Associates will be responsible for building the "nuts and bolts" of each listing such as fee structures and pre-stay communication. Additionally, this role will be responsible for helping us bring our AirBNB listing production in-house! The right candidate for this position is a self-starter who has OCD-like organizational tendencies and who wants to work with a team of awesome Onboarding managers!

Responsibilities

• Team up with our Onboarding Managers to craft accurate pre-stay communication for travelers
• Complete the “nuts and bolts” of every listing - including fee structures and location details
• Build AirBNB listings using existing listing content
• Work quickly and with a sense of urgency while still capturing the details
• Assist the Onboarding and Listing Production  teams with other tasks in order to further productivity

Requirements/Skills

• Start-up worthy: maniacal work ethic, run-through-brick-walls mentality, thrive in a fluid environment with rapidly changing priorities
• You are a multi-tasking machine - able to manage several tasks at once without pause
• You love working with a team and are driven by measurable goals
• You are highly orginized and detail-oriented
• You caught the misspelling in the previous bullet point

Education

• Recent graduate with or actively pursuing a 4 year degree

Pay

• This is a part-time position (25-29 hours/week) with opportunity for full-time employment based on performance and organizational needs.
• Some weekend shifts are expected (one or two 4-hour shifts per month)
• The Onboarding Associate will earn $11 per hour
