Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Customer Lifecycle Analyst to join our team and take the lead analyzing promotions and customer lifecycle performance across various channels, including Boost Mobile stores, eCommerce, Amazon, telesales, and B2B. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for sales channel owners, providing insights and analysis on promotion performance, customer churn, and customer segmentation. Additionally, this role will collaborate closely with our acquisition marketing analytics and data science teams for cross functional analytics leveraging insights throughout our organization. Your leadership will be crucial in driving innovative data-driven strategies to enhance our sales channel performance and customer retention strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data from Boost Mobile stores, eCommerce platforms, Amazon.com, telesales, and B2B channels to assess performance trends, identify opportunities, and drive sales growth.
  • Subscriber Activations: Track and analyze subscriber activations across various sales channels, including new customer acquisitions, value-added services, upgrades, and downgrades. Identify factors influencing subscriber activations and develop strategies to optimize activation rates.
  • Promotion Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of sales promotions, discounts, value-added services, and device upgrades across different channels. Measure promotion ROI, assess the impact on sales volume and revenue, and provide recommendations for future promotional strategies.
  • Customer Churn Analysis: Analyze customer churn rates and churn drivers across different sales channels. Identify patterns and trends in customer churn behavior, assess the impact on revenue, and develop retention strategies to minimize churn.
  • Customer Segmentation: Conduct customer segmentation analysis based on demographic, behavioral, and transactional data. Identify high-value customer segments, understand their needs and preferences, and develop targeted sales and marketing strategies to increase engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Analytics Team: Collaborate with acquisition marketing analytics teams to integrate sales channel data with marketing campaign data. Provide insights on sales attribution, campaign effectiveness, and customer journey analysis to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Data Science Team: Work closely with data science teams to leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques for sales forecasting, predictive modeling, and customer lifetime value (CLV) analysis. Incorporate data science insights into sales channel optimization strategies.
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to sales channel owners and senior leadership. Present findings in a clear and compelling manner to drive decision-making and action.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales analytics, eCommerce, and retail. Proactively seek out opportunities for innovation and improvement in sales channel analysis methodologies and tools.


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
  • Proven experience in sales or customer analytics, business intelligence, or statistics
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, segmentation methodologies, and predictive modeling
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques, A/B testing methodologies, and marketing attribution modeling
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range provided is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies. Compensation is also based on the role's location and may change depending on the work location. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check. The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
