Inboxlab is looking to hire a Visual Content Curator to join our growing team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Inboxlab’s Visual Content Curator executes the curation of all image and video content that aligns with each brand across our portfolio. This role reports to the Director of Content and requires an individual with a keen eye for quality visual content, cross-platform social media expertise, great communication and impeccable attention to detail. You will strategically reach out to people from around the world and propose creative collaboration opportunities. You will curate images and videos based on brand guidelines, using social media channels and email to meet your goals.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Source, create, capture and curate visual content for social media, email and web-based initiatives across all brands
Execute a high-impact, cohesive visual strategy that aligns with our content
Curate content based on specific brand guidelines
Grow a community of photographers and videographers across the network
Boost content visibility based on strategic curation and content planning
Anticipate trends and set a visual style on a brand-by-brand basis
Manage the visual presence of all content on social media accounts for Inboxlab’s brands - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
Research, develop and implement strategies to drive more followers on social and engagement via email
A/B test visual content to optimize monetization and engagement efforts
Assist with organizational operations in relation to social media, including project management and organizational planning
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
3+ years of relevant curatorial experience.
Passion for visual storytelling.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Advanced knowledge and experience with social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to tackle assignments with acute attention to detail and comfortability when multitasking on different assignments.
Creative mindset and ability to source unique visual content.
Optional Skills – Definitely a Plus:
Email marketing experience
Graphic design experience using Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch or Lightroom
Video editing experience, using Premiere Pro and After Effects
