"A New Challenge Every Single Day": Inside Snowflake's Growth Opportunities
Watch

An Insider's view of Snowflake

What’s the vibe like in the office?

The vibe is very inclusive and collaborative. I have a non-traditional background in city work and the service industry, and wasn't sure what to expect in the SaaS sales world. I was pleasantly surprised when my diversity was embraced and welcomed. I'm happy to be part of a supportive team that helps each other become 1% better every day.

Diana

Sales Development Representative

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

Contrary to the “eat or get eaten mentality” that cripples businesses, I share communication daily with members of the marketing team, educational and training teams, IT staff, and executive leadership. I work with these teams in a collaborative manner that enables everything from getting tasks done to generating new ideas for the org.

Christina

Sales Development Representative

How does the company support your career growth?

Snowflake has provided an incredible amount of growth opportunity early on in my career. Taking advantage of Snowflake's growth has propelled me personally and professionally. I've been challenged more than I expected, and those challenges have forced me to step up. Being on this team at this time is special and a massive opportunity.

Abby

Corporate Account Executive

How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?

The Denver SDR team (aka The Pioneers) are having a significant impact on the trajectory of our business. Each member of the team is responsible for cracking into some of the most data driven organizations on the planet. We embrace risks and see failure as a chance to improve. And we know we won't be successful without consistent collaboration.

Quinn

Manager, Sales Development

What makes someone successful on your team?

I truly believe that the thing that makes us successful is our core values: Put Customers First, Integrity Always, Think Big, Be Excellent, Get It Done, Own It. I've been at companies where the core values are just words. That is not the case at Snowflake. These words are the foundation of what makes each of us successful as individuals.
