- Maintain crossover between technical documentation and more contextual storytelling content.

- Get directly involved in implementation and experimentation to provide first-hand insights and supporting code.

- Create and collaborate on content for all channels (blog, docs, tutorials, case studies, social, video).

- Help to define clear objectives, measure performance, and identify opportunities to meet and exceed success criteria.

- Develop protocols, processes, and systems to build the foundation for a growing content engine.

- Oversee all content for technical, grammatical, and on-brand accuracy.

Your Creds:

- 3+ years experience in developing and managing technical content, ideally in the B2B web technologies space. (Candidates will be required to submit content samples alongside resumes.)

- Ability to distill complex information into clear, digestible content that tells a well-formed story

- Foundational understanding of Internet infrastructure, systems architecture, and web development techniques

- Familiarity and/or hands-on development experience in front-end and back-end technologies is a plus (e.g. Golang, JavaScript, Terraform, Bash, Puppet, Ruby, Python, Varnish VCL, Lua, C, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Elasticsearch, Prometheus)

- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tactics

- Entrepreneurial, go-getter mentality that brings a positive, creative, and collaborative energy when working across teams and within communities

- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

- Flexibility to work with a distributed team across time zones, particularly US-AUS.

- Comfortable in a remote environment

- Thrive in a fast-paced, startup company - GOT TO BE ABLE TO GO WITH THE FLOW… “Not my job” is not an answer

- Passionate about improving the Internet

- Honesty, integrity and transparency are non-negotiable

- Sense of humor is imperative, we enjoy laughing and having fun together

We want people of all backgrounds to see themselves represented and included in our work, so we actively seek to diversify our team and bring more voices to the table. All applicants are welcome!
