Role Purpose
Bluprint’s Talent Department is looking for an organized, creative, and driven addition to the team. As the Talent + Casting Associate, you will work closely with the Talent Director to help manage planning and communication with Bluprint’s Talent pool, support other departments within the company with their Talent needs, and assist in cultivating Talent relationships to ensure they have a smooth and extraordinary Talent experience when collaborating with Bluprint and NBCUniversal.
Responsibilities

  • Set our Programming team up for success by assisting to research, cast, and outreach to new talent for both class and series projects, and support the Talent Director in facilitating the pitch materials necessary for green-light meetings.
  • Ensure all aspects of the talent journey are on schedule, and collaborate in the talent on-boarding process.
  • Be the expert of our Talent Rosters and ensure all data is organized, accurate, and up to date.
  • Support the Talent Director with cross-department talent needs by custom building talent lists for different marketing campaigns or business development opportunities.
  • Get talent excited about promoting their content by working with the Post Production team on gathering launch deliverables and distributing to talent and/or their representatives.
  • Set talent up for success for their integration opportunities by building talent pitch decks, coordinating talent travel when necessary, coordinating talent’s materials for the segment.
  • Support the Talent Director on all aspects of Talent Summit events.
  • Create, manage and restock talent welcome bags. When necessary, build and ship talent materials. Bring a huge smile to talent’s face by sending talent birthday love!
  • Receive and process talent’s expense receipts and liaise with the Finance Team on talent invoices, production/integration payments, reimbursements, and related paperwork.
  • Coordinate inbound or outbound instructor communications as necessary.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film, Production, Journalism or related field.
• 1+ years of working in a production environment.
