The Support Training team, as a part of the ACS Support Strategy & Operations group, provides training and professional development to the Adobe DX Support Organization. Support Training’s primary audience is DX Support Technical Support Engineers. We enable them to resolve customer support needs while providing an exceptional customer experience! As a Technical Course Developer, you will play a meaningful role in ensuring the success of our Global Support teams by delivering outstanding results via your contributions to the continuous evolvement of the learning program. Your responsibilites will include analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating original content. Our training activities relate to new-hire onboarding, improving the technical expertise of incumbents, and ensuring new release readiness to drive high performance and world-class support delivery.

You will partner across the organization with key partners and subject matter experts to craft highly effective instructor-led and web-based learning, using sound instructional design and adult learning principles. You will author customer-facing articles for use in our Knowledge Base. You will work in a dynamic and rewarding environment that demands high levels of quality, creativity, and agility.

The successful candidate will be a well-rounded individual with excellent interpersonal and organization skills; as well as proven project management, coordination and documentation skills. Advanced written and verbal communication skills are also key to the role.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain ILT classroom, virtual classroom, on demand and blended e-learning training content.
  • Acquire in-depth subject matter expertise, product/technical/business knowledge, quickly to reduce dependencies.
  • Lead training development projects independently and with minimal guidance.
  • Curate content to write and publish professional customer-facing KB articles.
  • Communicate and engage with service experts for launches and initiatives.
  • Suggest new ideas to the team infusing your expertise and experience to deliver extraordinary training content.
  • Focus on designing and developing Instructor Led Training modules including learner exercise and role-play guides, facilitator guides as needed.
  • Partner closely with the Customer Success Enablement team to ensure consistent on-brand messaging.
  • Actively look for and recommend opportunities to scale, increase efficiency and continually improve content creation and the intake process using impactful metrics to do so.

Required Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in curriculum/instructional design, preferably in the software product domain.
  • Adobe multi-solution familiarity preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and comprehension skills to learn and understand complex technical content.
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, strategies, processes and standards.
  • Excellent written communication skills to translate highly technical subject matter to a global audience at various levels with clarity and accuracy.
  • Knowledge and relevant application of instructional theories and adult learning principles in multi-modal instruction.
  • Experience operating in, and understanding of, the principles of a Knowledge Centered Service environment.
  • Ability to work in and coordinate with multicultural and virtual teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a relevant field of study.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and Captivate.

Location

Our new office is in the Denver City Center near plenty of shops and restaurants. We also have amazing views of the Rocky Mountains from our windows.
