Greenhouse is looking for a Site Content Manager to join our team!

As part of the Brand + Creative team, you will take the lead on site production, supporting all programs and campaigns. Partnering with teams across Marketing as well as external vendors and agencies, this position will deliver real business impact by keeping site content current, accurate, and relevant in local markets and languages by efficiently tackling ongoing site management.

In this role, you will be responsible for content management, support localization of international sites and own projects for proactive optimization of site content. If you love managing high-quality and engaging website content that drives business success, this is a team you want to join!

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on ongoing site content updates and optimization including managing localized/translated content and international sites
  • Perform regular site audits to ensure various pages are up-to-date, accurate and reflect current business and marketing priorities
  • Maintain website content, including adding new content, updating existing content in support of marketing campaigns, international expansion and overall business goals
  • Manage process to ensure all site experiences are on-brand and accessible


You should have

  • Experience working with a CMS (CraftCMS, Drupal, Wordpress, Contentful or similar)
  • Experience in a marketing, content or project management role
  • Strong attention to detail and a love of organization
  • The ability to work well in a team, and adapt to an evolving environment with competing priorities
  • Experience supporting lead generation sites, a strong plus
  • Localization and translated site experience, a plus

The ranges added below are for Colorado-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. Pay range: $90,000 - $110,000
