As the Senior Copy & Content Manager on our Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to uphold these standards while contributing to a fun and energetic company culture. The position reports to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for writing internal and external copy that is clear and concise. You will match our style and can connect with our audience while ensuring brand continuity for Engrain and its products across a variety of media types, platforms, and products.

What you'll do..
- Write and produce copy for print and digital media channels, focused primarily on our external audiences
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to brainstorm and develop a variety of marketing materials throughout the funnel
- Develop new and creative ideas for content strategy, along with managing the current content calendar
- Have in-depth knowledge of our real estate client's audience while challenging traditional thinking with an innovative approach
- Ability to interpret creative briefs to create a personalized journey for the user across the entire experience
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the ever-evolving market, industry trends, and digital innovations
Requirements
What you offer us..
- 7+ years of copywriting experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in communications or marketing
- B2B or SaaS experience
- Experience in real estate marketing is a plus
- Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Proficient in Creative Cloud and other software applications (i.e., Google Drive and Dropbox)

- Salary Disclosure for Colorado: $90,000 - $100,000 annually
