Role Purpose
To create inspirational and educational short form content across a variety of categories and formats.
Our producers are responsible for the physical and logistic elements of productions as well as being multi-skilled content makers with creative experience.
We’re looking for someone who can have their hands in multiple projects at any given time and can work directly with our instructors, development, and marketing teams on executing the best product to put in front of our customers.
Responsibilities
Take the lead on assigned productions, partnering closely with both internal team members and external partners on development & scripting.
Own logistical planning in pre, oversee execution in live, and be responsible for final delivery in post.
Work closely in our project management system to oversee and proactively communicate team assignments, requests or changes.
Liaise with Business Development on sponsorship integrations and be responsible for successful brand execution.
Lead and manage projects from conception to delivery with tight turnarounds.
Give effective and actionable creative notes and final approval on videos with team and stakeholders.
Identify and raise potential content improvements.
Offer clear and useful structures for delivering learning in varied ways.
Coach, inspire and partner with our instructors and other talent to deliver exceptional content in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years experience in video production
