Manager, Technical Writing

Greenhouse is looking for a Manager, Technical Writing to join our team!
In this role, you’ll lead documentation creation for our knowledge base, empowering customers to self-serve and ensuring they have an excellent experience. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Partnerships, and Brand on projects to help deliver high-quality content that drives product adoption, while also improving internal processes that will make your team act in a proactive and systematic way.
This is an opportunity to write content while also being a people manager. You’ll work to empower your team to hit quarterly goals and own day to day management (facilitating 1:1’s and quarterly reviews while supporting career development).

What you’ll do:
- Write and deliver on high quality customer-facing documentation
- Create monthly and quarterly targets for your team and individual team members
- Help mature the Technical Writing function through crafting quality assurance processes, establishing technical writing style guides, and facilitating regular documentation audits
- Lead a team of Technical Writers to help reach their metrics, goals, and career milestones
You should have:
- Technical writing experience
- Experience with mentorship or acting as a lead
- Strong written communication skills
- B2B SaaS experience, a plus
- Previous management experience, a plus
