Manager, Content Excellence - Remote
Responsible for representing Customer Operations with new Content business initiatives and new supporting technologies to be adopted by Content Operations and Demand Insight Operations. Responsible for managing subject matter experts in the development and optimization of new data systems supporting Content Operations and Demand Insight Operations, and for managing the transition of Content Operations Production team to new supporting data systems.Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the business to operationalize new Content initiatives, such as Content process automation, PDM Redevelopment, MDM/Informatica, CIDS
- Directs and oversees daily production functions of the Demand Insights Operations subteam to achieve business objectives and optimize processes.
- Oversees requirements and implementation for all data systems relating to development and refinement of Content Operations and Demand Insights.
- Ensure throughput and quality performance of Demand Insights offshore team to meet SLAs; Drive continued optimization of offshore operations performance.
Key Duties
- Manages Content and MDM/Informatica subject matter experts, and Demand Insights Operations staff
- Ensure timely and appropriate responses and resolutions to Demand Insights customer support cases and inquiries.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with the business to define OKRs
- People Management:
- Develops staff skills to meet business needs; manages under-performers
- Ensure the team's understanding of, and focus on, OKRs. Drives the team to achieve OKRs where feasible.
- Performs annual staff performance and compensation review

Required Education, Certifications, and Experience
- BA/BS degree in relevant area or equivalent experience
- 7+ years experience managing a group/team
- 7+ years industry related experience

- Knowledge of Med/Surg Content data
- Experience with Ataccama or similar Data Management Platform

Estimated Salary range for this position: $90,825 - $127,050The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
