Let’s Roam is a startup that helps people explore the world and connect with others through scavenger hunts, BarHunts, restaurant experiences and more. Our activities help people connect with their environment through fun challenges and interactive games. We’ve helped friends explore the city, couples propose, and companies have a better work culture. Our company was founded almost three years ago and we are looking for very talented individuals to continue growing fast!

About This Position

Be the voice of Let’s Roam by creating creative scavenger hunts and copy related to marketing initiatives. 

Outcomes

• Large group / private event customer satisfaction with every event

• Respond to all customers in a timely manner

• Respond to all client emails within 1 business day in regards to event planning

• Improve key metrics related to the hunt

• Create at least one new and exciting scavenger hunt a week

• Make sure we give every customer an amazing experience through exceptional writing and gameplay improvements

• When possible be available during the hunt to provide assistance on the hunt

• Follow up after every large group hunt within 1 week of event

• Create exceptional content (SEO, blog, print, app, website) that embodies our brand

Job description

1. Large Group Account Management & Client Satisfaction

   1. Update routes, add in custom trivia, provide recommendations

   2. Be the primary point of contact for large group and private events via phone and email ensuring customer satisfaction

   3. Upsell and earn repeat business

   4. Collect feedback from clients

2. Scavenger Hunt Writing

   1. Create scavenger hunts across the globe from our Denver office

   2. Maintain and improve current hunts (e.g. move a stop for construction)

   3. Improve and create challenges, themes, and other in-game content

   4. Improve key metrics related to hunts

   5. Create ideas to improve the game and scavenger hunt as a whole

3. Copywriting

   1. Website/app content

   2. SEO writing

   3. Create marketing materials, blog posts

   4. Influence all things written

Reports to: Dan Weimer, Lead Creative Writer

Occasional responsibilities:

• Work with developers to improve gameplay and dashboards

• Schedule and do in-person events for ultra-vip clients

• During periods of extremely high volume will provide additional customer service via email
