What you will do:

  • Effectively extend knowledge to current customers, prospective customers, and associates through a self-service support strategy to drive satisfaction, efficiency, and cost savings.

  • Collaborate with product marketing, marketing team lead, and software design to ensure consistent voice, copy & UX/UI within the Knowledge Center.

  • Solicit feedback from Customer Success, Sales, and Product Management to improve and implement Knowledge Center tools and resources.

  • Effectively engage with customers in user groups, beta groups, and cases to gain additional insights and drive continuous and effective improvement efforts.

  • Manage the current knowledge management practices as well as design new knowledge distribution policies and drive effective utilization of new practices

What you will bring:

  • 2+ years of experience with Church Community Builder software required.

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to effectively negotiate with internal partners and manage people resources.

  • Excellent grasp of standard American English grammar and punctuation rules required.

  • Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required. Must be able to translate data and present

    complex ideas in an easily understandable way.

  • Ability to engage others and use a data-based approach to help persuade leadership and associates towards alignment and agreement.

  • Strong attention to detail required.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and to develop, deliver, and implement sound, actionable, and insightful recommendations that meet requirements and exceed expectations

  • Understanding of market research and analysis techniques. Solid understanding of reporting

    methods for content.

  • Ability to explain the results to non-technical decision-makers in an actual

    business (non-academic) setting.

  • Two years’ relevant experience with digital video editing software preferred

  • Relevant experience with HTML, CSS, or javascript preferred
