Role: Graphic Designer/Content Creator

Job Description:

Responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for websites, web pages, product graphics, product + promotional photography, email promotional creative, email templates, social media graphics, and banner ads, but not limited. While some projects may require directing external resources, the role is expected to be hands-on.

A graphic designer is responsible for helping to drive the creative implement design of creative idea, Schedule projects and define budget constraints are required. Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online Marketing strategies into effective designs. Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital and print, as well as promotional customer touch points. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience - Candidates with prior experience or interest in sports, health and wellness/fitness industries will be given priority. Ensure proper implementation within a web, print, custom goods environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision.

Work directly with the CMO to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs and fill Recoup’s strategic content calendar.

• High proficiency and strong knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite products–photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere (strong video editing skills a plus).

• Understanding and using the appropriate of typography, colors, layout, animation, art direction for each graphic. High-quality photo manipulation skill required.

• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

• Prior experience using Shopify platform and landing page designs

• Occasionally completes projects in conjunction with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. when needed.

• Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team

• Creating images and layouts by hand or using design software

• Must be located in the Denver/Boulder area. Candidates outside of this region will not be considered.

• 4-5 years experience required in graphic design or marketing

• Prior startup experience a strong plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000

Experience:

• Adobe Creative Suite: 3 years (Preferred)
