Zoom is looking for an Instructional Designer and Developer for its Partner Enablement team within the Channel and Business Development Organization. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced organization using lightweight processes, creative ideas, and quick iteration to make a significant impact in training and enabling channel and strategic partners to become independent Zoom sellers.
This individual will be a writer, editor, librarian, and operations specialist for a team that lives and breathes partner enablement. This role will work with cross-functional teams to develop, edit and manage content for our audience of global channel partners. 
Work cross-functionally with sales enablement, sales operations, product teams, channel marketing and channel programs to enable partners effectively.Take raw content and transform it into something beautiful and meaningful. Content includes: product training; sales best practices; demo and sales guides; learning and training materials. Outputs include: slides, videos, scripts, playbooks and web pages. Learn and love Zoom products! Intake material from a variety of sources and provide a unifying theme, voice and look that is usable and effective. Create and maintain partner qualification learning tracks and assessments.Organize content systems and sites using user-centric design. Be responsible for the lifecycle of content and ensure proper refresh cycles. Identify optimal training methodologies based on audience learning styles.Create effective messaging, positioning and sales/support tools for programs and products sold by all channels.Manage competing priorities from stakeholders
Experience developing learning content for a technical audienceExperience with virtual learning, blended learning, and micro learning.Experience producing, shooting, and editing videos for use in training programsIn-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design modelsLesson and curriculum planning skillsAbility to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scriptsExperience with PRM and LMS systems Experience working with Salesforce, WorkRamp, Allbound, Guru is a plusDemonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and actively build solutions for gaps that are slowing or blocking our ability to achieve resultsOutstanding communication skills and good self-awarenessExcellent organizational and project management skillsTrack record of success
