Job Description

Conga is looking for a creative Digital and Content Producer to join the marketing team. The Digital and Content Producer leads the planning and execution of innovative and strategic content initiatives from traditional content to new formats and beyond. In this role, you will drive projects from idea through inception, leading initiatives across departments, with contractors and guest subjects. The ideal candidate is passionate and curious. They always look for new ways to bring content to life, constantly pushing creating boundaries and evolving best practices. Our team is fast growing, and we are looking for someone that embraces new opportunities, is motivated by career growth, and who challenges themselves to deliver consistent excellence. An appreciation for friendly banter and team bonding is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and memorable stories

• Field and execute writing, video and media requests from across the organization

• Transition from written to audio to video to other digital experiences with ease

• Work with internal teams and outside agencies to align on briefs and define project goals

• Identify, research and develop stories and guest interviews

• Lead innovative content programs that furthers Conga’s brand awareness and the Digital Document Transformation market

• Develop timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure milestones are met

• Measure and track the success of projects

• Develop new content experiences beyond the traditional B2B experience - think dynamic, interactive, creative and engaging

• Use digital analytics and insights to develop and amend various content strategies

• Be comfortable and adept at switching between Content, PR and Social projects

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of digital and multimedia experience

• Superior writing and copy-editing skills

• Ability to think strategically while possessing exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to manage, organize, coordinate and prioritize tasks among multiple projects is critical

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Endless curiosity of what’s possible

• Thrive in a fast paced environment

• Experience with running podcasts or video series a plus
