Why this role?

As Copywriter you'll play an integral role in implementing the Dice brand voice across our evolving Dice brand marketing efforts, working on a range of projects spanning multiple brands and departments.. You will also take part in cross-functional projects within the product and marketing departments. Projects include but are not limited to: paid and organic ads, collateral, sales materials, website/app updates, email marketing, and content editing.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting and contributing to the creation and management of guidelines for brand voice, style, consistency, and grammar
  • Writing and editing engaging content intended for B2B and B2C audiences
  • Developing messaging that aligns with brand and creative strategies to reach unique audiences
  • Proofreading collateral, print, web, product and marketing copy
  • Understanding and enforcing brand standards for each of our brands
  • Ensuring consistency across all copy and communications
  • Managing multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Working alongside the Creative Director, Senior Manager of Creative Services, and designers to brainstorm and develop creative concepts
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Product teams on creative initiatives, understanding business objectives, consumer profiles, and key measures for success

For this role, we're requiring:

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • A passion for problem-solving, strategic thought, and creative solutions
  • High level of collaboration, courage, curiosity and passion
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and solutions to team members
  • Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for varied projects with diverse audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks for several projects at the same time, often on short timelines
  • Adept at working with and presenting to business, marketing, product and engineering stakeholders

Education, Experience

  • 5+ years of copy writing experience
  • 3+ years of experience with research, brainstorming, concept development, and creative execution
  • 3+ years of proven experience creating content across multiple channels
  • Corporate and B2B experience strongly preferred

Compensation

Base salary/pay of $100,000 – $195,000 per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
