What You'll Do
As a Head of Content, you'll play a critical role in developing our voice and generate content on social media, our blog, marketing site and various places within the Zestful app. We envision this role being pivotal in building awareness and thought leadership for Zestful, and we have big plans to create and distribute the best content in the HR/work space!
Some of the things you'd be responsible for would be:
✍️ Producing content for the Zestful blog (goal would be 1-2 posts per week).
? Manage our social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
? Write ongoing emails and content to our customers on a monthly basis.
? Work with other publishers in the space to co-produce content.
? Influence product strategy based on feedback from our various content channels.
Skills We're Looking For
? You LOVE to write and create content. This is by far the most important qualification for this role. If you could write all day, you would!
? 2+ years of writing and content management experience, preferably in the HR and/or enterprise SaaS.
? If hustle were a degree you'd be teaching the class. We're looking to work with exciting folks that surprise us with their energy, creativity and get shit done mentality.
?? Always curious and interested to learn. We believe learning is a skill, and you'll be expected to learn a lot in very little time (we all are!).
✍️ Great writing and communication skills is a must.
✅ Super organized and able to stay on top of multiple tasks at once.
? Overall very outgoing and optimistic. Rejection is part of the game, so optimism plays a big role in keeping yourself motivated.
? Ability to create tasks for yourself and others. We encourage everyone to challenge what should be done and you'd have an equal say in deciding what we're working on.
