Content Specialist (Customer Support)
Ibotta is one of the top mobile shopping applications on the App Store and Google Play. Our apps are used by millions of customers every month and we're looking for an entry level Content Specialist to execute on our team’s mission to provide useful resources to savers and develop a friendly, knowledgeable voice across the Ibotta Care department. As part of the Ibotta Care Community Team, you will work with the Community Care Manager to optimize Ibotta’s Help Center, viewed by thousands of savers daily, and curate department-wide guides on tone, voice, and style for interacting with our savers. We're looking for a self-motivated individual, passionate about writing and problem-solving, who can identify with savers, understand their issues, and determine how our Help Center and agent resources can make their rewarded shopping better.
Here is what you'll be doing:
- Optimize Ibotta Help Center with the goal of maximizing self-service and reducing cost-to-serve
- Execute strategy for creating a comprehensive Ibotta Care style guide and integrating it throughout all levels of Care department service operations
- Research, create, edit and audit articles for Help Center and macros for agent responses
- Interpret and report metrics around content performance and other relevant analytics
- Other projects or tasks as assigned
Here is what we're looking for:
- 1 - 2 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital publishing best practices
- Excellent writing, language and organization skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment and manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas, particularly in a written format
- Is a team player with the confidence to work cross-functionally on projects and product roll-outs
- Possesses a high level of technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Understanding of customer service techniques and best-in-class FAQ strategies
- Experience using Google Analytics or other tools for understanding web page performance
- Bachelor degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
