Downtown Denver-based luxury vacation company seeks a Content Lead to support a new product Inspirato is launching. Our ideal candidate is pro-active, solutions-oriented and able to take complex systems and create a plan. The position will work closely with the brand team and is responsible for ensuring all content (throughout the entire consumer journey) aligns with the product, the core business, and the brand.

 

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation – Responsible for creation and sourcing of new inventory assets including homes, hotels and experiences.
  • Content Optimization – Conduct systemic audits of existing destination and property content. Recommend enhancements to content and manage the ensuring changes. 
  • Content Updates – Manage all content updates across all marketing materials, including but not limited to, product changes, inventory updates, and promotions.
  • Collaboration – Work collaboratively with real estate, hotel, brand, technology and third-party partners to make sure content follows guide
  • QA – Review all content regularly to ensure accuracy.
  • Project Management – Communicate timelines, resources and plans needed for content creation, updates and optimization.
  • Technology/Platform Expertise – Ability to create content in Salesforce, Unbounce, DryFly, Umbraco, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

  • Project Management – Must be able to self-manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all components of each task are properly presented, managed and reported.
  • Communication Skills – Must be able to communicate effectively and in a concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Adaptability – Adapt to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events, appreciates opportunity to adjust and adapt with growing business.
  • Diplomacy – Successfully build relationships across departments; deal with people in a sensitive and effective way.
  • Self-Starter – Anticipate and interpret department needs and put together an action plan.

 

Qualifications – Candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in business or hospitality field, e.g., journalism, communications, content management
  • 2-4 years of experience in related roles
  • Knowledge of Inspirato’s business systems and processes is a plus
  • Travel industry experience a plus
  • Agency/consultant experience a plus
