We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Content Marketing Coordinator to help bring Zoom’s content strategy to life. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, process, and storytelling — supporting the production, publishing, and tracking of content that drives awareness, adoption, and engagement.

About the Team

We are a high-impact, cross-functional team focused on building programs that connect brand engagement to business growth. We unify partnerships, Tier 1 events, social media, and advertising into one cohesive strategy designed to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline across the Zoom portfolio. Our work spans the full funnel, and we stay relentlessly focused on outcomes and business impact.

Responsibilities

Content Operations & Coordination

  • Supporting day-to-day content operations — coordinating workflows in the CMP, maintaining accurate tagging, version control, and publication readiness.

  • Uploading and publishing content in Zoom’s CMS, ensuring quality, consistency, and complete metadata across pages.

  • Supporting SEO and AEO initiatives, including keyword optimization, schema updates, and structured data best practices.

  • Tracking content performance and engagement metrics; partner with analytics and strategists to summarize insights and identify opportunities for improvement.

Content Development & Execution

  • Contributing to drafting, editing, and adapting content across Zoom’s owned channels.

  • Partnering with strategists to repurpose long-form assets into derivative formats that extend reach and impact.

  • Helping ensure all content reflects Zoom’s brand, tone, and voice guidelines.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Liaise with Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Customer Advocacy, and Comms teams to coordinate content deliverables.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance collaboration and efficiency across the broader content ecosystem.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, content coordination, or communications.

  • Have excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

  • Possess detailed writing and editing skills.

  • Work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders and deadlines.

  • Have familiarity with content management systems (experience with Optimizely is a plus).

  • Have interest in AI-assisted content tools.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$65,400.00

Maximum:

$158,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
