Communications Strategy Manager - Transfer Agency Operations

Locations: Kansas City, MO | Boston, MA | Braintree, MA | Chicago, IL| Denver, CO | Dublin, OH| Hybrid

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Strategy Manager to support strategic initiatives within the Transformation team of the Retail Alternatives Transfer Agency Division. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in internal and client communications, operational coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

This highly visible position requires excellent communication skills, organizational agility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams. The Communications Strategy Manager will play a key role in aligning messaging, maintaining internal and external communication platforms, and supporting the successful rollout of business initiatives and process improvements.

Responsibilities include managing communication workflows, maintaining intranet and client portals, coordinating leadership meetings and town halls, and supporting the implementation of new technologies and procedures across the division.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Manage and distribute global client and internal communications across platforms
  • Maintain internal intranet and external client portals with updated resources and guides
  • Coordinate divisional Town Halls and leadership meetings to support team alignment
  • Lead projects such as the year-end tax form audit process and drive procedural updates
  • Develop and manage cross-departmental tools like playbooks, checklists, and contact grids
  • Support implementation and communication of new technologies and client-facing initiatives
  • Serve as liaison to the GIDS Communications Committee to ensure messaging consistency

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, operations, or project coordination
  • 3–5 years of experience within financial services, ideally with some transfer agency or investor services knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, intranet platforms, and communication tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft office tools
  • Experience leading projects

Colorado: Salary range for the position: $55,000 USD to $120,000 USD.
