GENERAL PURPOSE: Draft project specific permit-ready plansets under the direction of the project engineer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Draft detailed project-specific hydronic cooling schematics. Given system designs by the project engineer, accurately and completely draft equipment layouts and piping details.
• Apply knowledge of ANSI and ASME drafting standards and GD&T to ensure all Company drawings follow accepted best practices
• Draft and maintain 2D and 3D part and assembly schematics, layouts, test procedures, and Bills of Material as directed.
• Draft and maintain standard engineering document templates.
• Support other engineering activities as necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associate’s degree in CAD technology, Mechanical Drafting Design, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years drafting experience.
• 2D and 3D CAD required (AutoDesk or Dassault products.)
• Construction background a plus.

PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS:
Extensive computer work in an office environment.
Occasional (infrequent) overnight travel. 10% max.
Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
