Our company mission is to make transacting across chains as fast, cheap, and reliable as online payments. We are building the core infrastructure to abstract chains from end user payments, enabling the next billion users to experience the benefits of blockchain without the UX burdens. We are bringing the Relay Network to market through our consumer app (relay.link) and major ecosystem partners, including Opensea, Alchemy, LiFi, Metamask, Coinbase, and more.
Role OverviewWe’re seeking a Business Development Associate to accelerate our go-to-market efforts. This role is critical in:
Identifying and building partnerships with a broad range of projects that accelerate Relay’s growth and go-to-market efforts.
Generating leads, negotiating commercials, actively engaging in technical conversations.
Driving new integrations and ensuring successful implementations with partners.
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
3+ years experience in external facing roles, preferably in business development, growth, developer relations or ecosystem teams.
Demonstrated technical knowledge of blockchain, DeFi, and interoperability protocols.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
Strong communication and organization skills, including pipeline, CRM and project management and proficiency across multiple communication channels.
Strong analytical skills, including market research and business case modeling.
