JOB SCOPE
This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring budgets, re-forecasting, and analysis of operating expenses. Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide business financial analysis and support for business leaders to include: Input, review, and approve ARs (Authorization requests/Capital Project Requests) and Purchase Orders to ensure they are accurate, complete and within budget
- Determine expense type (Capital versus Operating Expense)
- Work within SAP and other accounting systems to ensure accurate recording of project cost
- Create reports to support workflow management to provide visibility and timely results
- Provide timely input for the month end close process, ensuring that accruals are accurate and complete
- Assist with variance and operational analysis
- Compile, analyze, interpret, and present data related to current and future operations
- Create reports, charts, graphs and presentations to aid in efficient and effective business operations
- Assist with forecast models using Microsoft Excel, Smartview/Hyperion applications as needed
- Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the Network Operation's organization and manages changes to such specifications
- Facilitate communication and gain commitment between business unit(s) and network operations business planning function from the initial requirements to the final implementation
- Work with business stakeholders to analyze business operations and recommend solutions to align individual business functions with organizational goals providing process documentation as needed
- Understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and recommend solutions to improve general business processes and planning
- Analyze data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis as needed
- May make recommendations for solutions or improvements that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology
- Perform other duties as requested
BASIC / MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of Business analysis or related experience
ADDITIONAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment and handle multiple projects and priorities Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Able to analyze and interpret data
- Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Excellent knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, etc.

The base pay for this position generally is between
$67,100.00 and $107,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
