What will you do? You will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of technical solutions within our Quality Engineering (QE) Team, as well as working with specific project teams to help implement, maintain, and contribute to our technical testing strategies. You will also execute technical advice on test tools, test planning, and test design - with an understanding of test automation and other technical approaches. 

The Essentials: 

• Execute test automation and performance strategies
• Write tests based on your understanding of the project requirements
• Analyze root causes around issues and identify and implement solutions
• Explain your ideas or knowledge to successfully collaborate with team members
• Collaborate with peers, Product Managers, and Developers throughout the entire product lifecycle

What you bring to the table: 

• 0 - 2 years of experience as a Software Tester, Software Developer in Test and/or Quality Engineer within different SDLC methodologies (Agile, waterfall, iterative, etc.)
• Understanding of Object Oriented programming Languages like C# or Java, .NET Technologies, stored procedures, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, XPath
• Understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and ability to execute recommendations made on test practices
• Understanding of Web Services (SOAP, REST) and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver API, SoapUI, Cucumber)
• Understanding and use of scripting languages, preferably Windows Powershell and Batch scripting
• Knowledge of software development life-cycle and testing tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
