Overview

Four Winds Interactive seeks an Associate Project Manager to work in the Project Delivery Department. This position will focus on small and light client-facing project delivery, including but not limited to Professional Services package and small custom project delivery, Salesforce record administration, internal project resource management.  This position is not a management position.  All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of all Order Fulfillment project activities, which includes, but is not limited to, project status communication, order processing, customer issue resolution, delivery resource assignment and notifications, and project closure.
• Manage Scope of Work and Package Projects and deliver/coordinate Professional Services, hardware and software delivery for those projects as required
• Ensure a high level of customer service through prompt and courteous communication
• Weekly project status reporting and monitoring as required
• Develop, coordinate and maintain productive cross-departmental relationships
• Other tasks as necessary

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of successful project coordination and/or administrative experience

• Great attention to detail and excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively using both oral and written skills both internally and with customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing priorities

• Ability to collaborate cross functionally
• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce – creating reports, dashboards, metrics
