Document Control Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Participate in training and meet qualification requirements across multiple job types.
• Gain a full understanding of end-to-end certification workflows, including internal and customer-facing systems and tools.
• Manage certification documents and correspondence using designated systems, following established Work Instructions and SOPs.
• Receive and process backend project work from various functions and industries.
• Review project details for completeness and readiness, ensuring smooth hand-offs to subsequent teams or processes.
• Analyze post-certification data to identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues by collaborating with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project status throughout processing.
• Resolve challenges professionally, efficiently, and courteously.
• Manage personal request queues and inbox with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Respond to stakeholder emails promptly, seeking guidance from leadership when needed.
• Actively support business transformation and continuous improvement efforts that enhance quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse, cross-functional team.
• Uphold the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and adhere to all physical and digital security protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced level of English
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar role.
• Higher Secondary Education/ University degree or Diploma is required depending on the region.
• Should possess basic computer knowledge and shall be well versed with MS word and should have good Keyboard skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive day to day tasks without sacrificing quality.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while actively contributing to team discussions.
