What you will do
- Lead Sysdig's global Analyst Relations (AR) strategy—Reporting to the Sr Director of Product Marketing, you will own the plan, serve as the primary liaison to industry analysts, and champion our unified platform differentiated by runtime intelligence, agentic-based security, and open standards in key reports (e.g., Gartner MQ, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape).
- Build trusted, two-way relationships across the analyst community—drive briefings, inquiries, events, and summits; monitor coverage and sentiment; and proactively address misconceptions to elevate Sysdig's market narrative.
- Enable cross-functional success—partner with executives and GTM teams to align AR with product and marketing, prepare and coach spokespeople, translate analyst feedback into actionable insights, and orchestrate high-quality evaluation submissions.
- Run an AR program—establish best practices and reporting, manage budget/contracts and AR tools (e.g., ARchitect/Airtable), and plan the annual Sysdig Analyst Summit to showcase leadership and innovation—fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.
What you will bring with you
- 7+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, communications, or strategy, with at least 3 years directly managing analyst relations programs.
- Experience with the cloud security, DevSecOps, or cloud-native infrastructure landscape.
- Experience leading analyst engagement for high-growth enterprise technology companies, within cybersecurity, observability, or cloud operations sectors.
- Demonstrated experience influencing Gartner and Forrester research outcomes through strategic storytelling and evidence-based advocacy.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.

- Technical fluency: Understanding of cloud security concepts (Kubernetes, containers, runtime security, CNAPP, CSPM, CIEM) and Sysdig's open-source roots (Falco, Sysdig OSS, Stratoshark, etc).

The U.S. annual compensation range for this full-time position is between USD 114,500 and 157,410 USD. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
