The ChildPlus University Advisor will be responsible for the selling and logistics of all of training and consulting services for the department.

What You’ll Do…

  • Provide information to customers to assist in determining appropriate training and consulting needs
  • Maintain registrations and agreements for all training services including Learning Plans, virtual visits, webinars, courses, and conference events
  • Assist in managing the schedule for virtual and on-site visits
  • Generate contracts and oversee follow-up communication with customers
  • Be responsible for daily monitoring of training and consulting services
  • Monitor department customer chat

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Prior experience selling a service
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a professional and timely manner
  • A self-starter
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft
  • HubSpot experience
  • The ability to travel 3-5 times per year for company meetings and conferences

What success looks like in the first 6 months:

After 30 days

  • Have a basic understanding of:
    • Training and consulting services offered
    • Training agendas
    • HubSpot and Quick Base tools

After 180 days

  • Mastery of:
    • Training and consulting services offered
    • Training agendas
    • HubSpot and Quick Base tools
  • Independently handling customer communications via chat, email, and phone
  • Completing sales from a lead to a service purchased
