We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who is cares about paying bills, providing top-notch customer service, and pitching in as part of a small finance team in a scaling SaaS company.
 

What You Will Do
You will accurately process financial disbursements, including checks, virtual credit cards, and expense reports.

You will provide exceptional customer service to your fellow employees, our customers, and our vendors.

In addition, you will:

• Work with QuickBooks and input data into other systems as it relates to accounts payable
• Manage daily bank balances with the goal of making sure the cash is there before we pay it out
• Work with vendors as it relates to bills and/or shutting accounts down
• Assist with accounts receivable, as needed (and we're totally okay training you)
• Provide back-up payroll processing

Who You Are
You are excited to build on 3-5 years of accounts payable experience and own accounts payable at SurveyGizmo. You're confident you can make sure we're handling our financial disbursements ethically and on-time.

You get excited with the idea of being a part of a high-growth SaaS company and helping to scale our AP processes.

In addition, you have:

• QuickBooks experience
• A customer service mentality and positive, approachable demeanor
• Some knowledge of Zuora and/or accounts receivable is a bonus, but not mandatory

You are able to work in our Boulder, CO office Monday-Friday.
