About you
We’re looking for a rock-solid account manager who has a passion for making customers successful and growing business. This person will quickly understand Notion’s strategy, and will help align sales goals and trajectory with the product and marketing teams. Hustle, a great attitude, and the ability to exceed our largest customer’s expectations on a consistent basis are critical.
Responsibilities
Point person for all enterprise relationships
Manage a pipeline and help accurately forecast expansion opportunities
Create and deliver proposals and presentations
Help inform and prioritize the product roadmap by accurately and regularly collecting customer feedback
Take ownership of multiple account management projects and implement solutions to ensure success
Research new opportunities and help expand Notion’s business and sales
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of sales / account management experience
Looking to grow into a larger sales role
Great communicator, oral and written
Incredibly well organized. Responsible for ongoing management and happiness of Notion’s largest customers.
Has a level of aggression and confidence that gets the job done, but always puts the customer first.
Comfortable working with multiple team members to ensure success with larger B2B2C customers.
