Join us as an Account Manager and you will be responsible for developing and growing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients and use your digital marketing experience to help guide client strategy. As an Account Manager, you need to know how to get along with just about anyone you meet and use your digital marketing experience to build strategies to suit each client’s needs and lead the team to make sure we hit our deadlines and deliver excellent results.

Job Description

  • Strategically advise clients and develop ideas and solutions that achieve business, marketing, and engagement objectives.
  • Supporting internal teams in the execution of integrated solutions across a variety of digital marketing channels including SEO, digital paid media, social media, email marketing, content marketing, website design, and development
  • Serving as the lead liaison with the client for all digital marketing initiatives and ensures that all digital marketing initiatives are on target
  • Thoroughly review data/campaign performance with a keen sense of client expectations in mind, making recommendations to internal teams and clients to further business goals.
  • Developing meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and action items for your client meetings, and internal strategy meetings
  • Facilitating day to day communication and providing clarity on assigned projects/tasks between internal team members and clients
  • Building strong client relationships and improving client satisfaction by being responsible, anticipating customer needs, and delighting clients by delivering awesome results
  • Acquiring in-depth knowledge of, and be conversant in, assigned client's business, products, industry, and competitive landscape.
  • Helping facilitate smooth onboarding and managing new clients
  • Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients and developing new business opportunities with Fruition’s Growth Team

Required Key Skills and Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education plus experience
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in a client-facing role at a digital agency or in a highly interactive, technology-driven marketing department
  • Experience in an environment where you contribute to the strategic direction of an integrated digital marketing strategy but then also take a leadership role in executing the strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, and general marketing principles and practices
  • Proactive and responsive in communications and actions with internal team members and clients.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively assign, delegate, coordinate and monitor the work of agency staff members assigned to client programs or projects
  • Ability to travel when necessary

Salary Range 

  • $60,000-$80,000 annual on-target earnings (base plus bonus), commensurate with experience, skills, education, and/or training
