📍 Denver, Colorado | Base + Uncapped Commission

Sell Telecom Infrastructure into Major Network Operators

A rapidly growing telecom infrastructure solutions provider is expanding its U.S. sales team and is seeking a high-performing telecom Account Executive based in the Denver market to develop and grow relationships with major network operators, including Charter Communications and adjacent Tier-1 and Tier-2 carriers.

You will be working directly with network engineering, planning, and operations teams to help operators expand network capacity using a smarter procurement strategy: repurpose + reuse telecom infrastructure hardware.

This market continues to grow rapidly as carriers seek faster, more cost-effective ways to scale bandwidth and upgrade infrastructure without long OEM lead times.

If you understand telecom networks and know how to engage engineers, planners, and infrastructure buyers, this is an opportunity to build significant income while owning strategic carrier relationships.

What You’ll Be Selling

This organization provides telecom infrastructure solutions including:

• Optical transport equipment
• IP transport infrastructure
• Carrier-grade network hardware
• Lifecycle infrastructure sourcing
• Repurpose + reuse equipment that allows operators to expand capacity faster and at significantly lower cost

Customers include:

• Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 network operators
• MSOs and cable providers
• ISPs and broadband providers
• Enterprise network operators

RequirementsYour Role

You will own and develop strategic telecom infrastructure opportunities, particularly with Charter Communications and adjacent network operators.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving outbound engagement with engineering and planning teams
• Developing relationships with network operations and procurement leaders
• Identifying infrastructure expansion opportunities
• Positioning hardware and services at a technical and commercial level
• Managing pipeline and account development across Tier-1 and Tier-2 carriers
• Prioritizing higher-margin equipment opportunities that maximize commission income

What Success Looks Like

This is a high-activity outbound sales role.

Successful candidates embrace consistent prospecting and relationship development.

Typical activity expectations include:

• 60+ outbound calls per week
• Up to 12 in-person meetings per week with network operators
• Continuous engagement with engineering, planning, and procurement teams
• Consistent pipeline development within major carrier accounts

Ideal Background

Strong candidates often come from one of the following environments:

• Telecom infrastructure equipment/hardware sales
• Carrier or MSO account management
• Network hardware distribution
• Telecom equipment resale environments
• Prior experience working inside a carrier, ISP, or MSO organization

Candidates with relationships within Charter Communications or similar network operators are strongly preferred.

What You Bring

Successful candidates demonstrate:

• Telecom industry credibility
• Ability to engage engineers and infrastructure decision makers
• Strong outbound prospecting discipline
• Clear communication and relationship development skills
• Comfort working in a performance-driven environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership of results

BenefitsCompensation

• Base salary: approximately $70,000
• On-target earnings: $100,000 – $150,000+
• Uncapped commission based on gross profit
• Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, ESOP, life and disability insurance

Top performers who close major infrastructure opportunities can exceed these ranges.

Why This Opportunity

This company operates in the rapidly expanding repurpose + reuse telecom infrastructure market, helping network operators expand capacity faster and more efficiently than traditional procurement channels.

For sales professionals, this means:

• Meaningful infrastructure deals
• Strong economic value for customers
• Significant commission upside tied to deal size

Apply if You Want To

• Sell real telecom infrastructure solutions
• Build relationships with network operators
• Work in a high-performance, outbound-driven environment
• Earn uncapped income tied to real infrastructure deals
