Meet the Speakers:
Ms. Garg regularly represents companies in discrimination cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Colorado Civil Rights Division. She is also experienced in all manner of employment cases in state court, federal court, and before administrative agencies, including discrimination, wage and hour class actions, trade secrets, breach of contract, non-compete agreements, employment agreements, and much more. Additionally, Ms. Garg conducts training on sexual harassment and all aspects of discrimination. She also drafts employment agreements, employee handbooks, and employment-related policies and procedures. She is a valuable resource to her clients for advice on employment practices.
Leveraging her years of litigation experience in family, employment, and criminal law, Neeti Pawar now enjoys her own solo practice focused on mediations, independent fact-finding investigations, appeals, and activism. In 2012, 2013, and 2014 Neeti earned a spot on Colorado Super Lawyers’ list of “Top 50 Women Lawyers.” She also enjoys her industry's highest peer ratings and is recognized in the publications Best Lawyers in America (2008-2017) and Colorado Super Lawyers (2008-2017).
