We believe that successful product teams have a very clear understanding of the customers they serve. They hone this understanding through with countless conversations with customers. They challenge their assumptions and listen more than they talk. In this workshop, we’ll teach you how to create a picture of who you think your customer is, identify their relevant needs and goals, and look critically at which assumptions you need to prove through customer interviews and experiments. Product teams who validate their assumptions about customers are more successful than the ones who only focus on their product.
Event details: Happy hour from 5:15-6:00pm. Workshop from 6:00 - 7:30pm. There is a cap of 80 participants, register early and update registration to allow others to join if your commitment changes.
