What kinds of technical challenges do you and your team face?
A unique challenge that our team continually faces, is the ability to have our embeddable widgets work across browsers that are constantly evolving. In order to create predictability in a not so predictable environment, we take error reporting and testing very seriously. This goes as far as supporting browser iterations that were released in 2012.
