Wowza Media Systems: Streaming Data and Beer

Wowza is gearing up for the competition at Colorado Startup Brews this year by serving Agave Pale Ale described by their brewers as,“a pale ale with a kick”.  They are calling this one AG-ALE. The name is inspired by agile, the methodology used by their developers. This brew has a slightly milder hop profile than a full-on IPA, with agave added to balance the bitterness with a subtle touch of sweetness. AG-ALE is a spiced beer.

This team will be bottling their Agave Pale Ale, but is also serving a surprise keg. Who doesn’t love a good surprise?

Wowza’s dynamic team of 5 brewers included a couple of first timers and many years of experience. One of the brewers on their crew dreamed of owning a brewery with his friends and operated a “garage” institution for about 2 years brewing beers for friends.
