Since officially launching RefactorU's first bootcamp in September of 2013, we've graduated 19 full-stack developers, who are now working in Boulder, Denver, Minneapolis, Washington D.C. and New York for companies such as: Thinkful, Gigzolo, Arcstone, HyperIQ, Human Design, Social Tables, and Ranku. Our new website, built completely by one of our graduates, will also be launching in March.
RefactorU in the Community
RefactorU has recently hosted events for Boulder JS and Code For Boulder, and will continue to do so. The newly formed Node.js Denver/Boulder meetup group was also started by several of our grads and they had a great turnout for their first event earlier this month. Within the next few months, we'll also be organizing and hosting Boulder's "Hire a Developer Meet Up" and helping to organize and run the area's first ever "Nodecopter" event, in June. If your organization needs a place to host a monthly event, please let us know and we'll see what we can do!

Our next event will be our Demo Day @ Markit On Demand, where hiring managers, prospective students, and the general public will be the first ones to see what our 21 students have learned at our program, as they present their apps and take questions from the crowd. Our last Demo Day brought a packed house of over 60 people, with roughly 30 companies represented and we're anticipating an even bigger crowd this time.
